Happy New Years from Charleston SC!

Charleston Beach House!

I was so fortunate to be able to go to Charleston again for New Years this year. A few years ago my college buddies and I started a tradition to spend time together at the beach for New Years. Over the years the trip has evolved and we were fortunate enough to have spouses join us this year too! Over the next few years the trip will probably(hopefully) evolve even further and we'll hear the pitter patter of little feet at the house as well! The more the merrier I say. This year we really just "hung out" though. I parked my car at the house on Wednesday December 31st and I did NOT MOVE my car until I left the beach house on Saturday January 3rd! It was wonderful!

Looking at the pictures I took I realized how different our New Years celebrations have become since we were in college!

.Puzzles were definitely NOT part of New Years celebration when I was in college but they are now! Ha!

I don't think we used to play "Taboo" on New Years either....Ha!

OK....so none of us have won the lottery yet so we still bring boxed wine......ok....so I still brought boxed wine!

Most of the gang is in this picture! We had a great relaxing trip and hopefully we'll get to do it again next year. With lives changing and evolving and getting busier and busier I hope everyone can take time to just relax and enjoy time with friends. That is what life is all about!
